Andess powder coatings

 1. The materials shall be firstly mixed in accordance with the proportion on the label of the package. (inner wall:2:1 or 1:0.5, outer wall: 1.4 or 1:0.7). Make sure they are blended sufficiently before use.
 2. Use blader, roller and brush to apply the ANDESS coating system in accordance with the specified procedures.
 3. For scratch coating, use steel trowel or scraper to press the putties in full strength, with special care to avoid uneveness or exposure of the base. It is always best to start and finish painting in a corner because it will eliminate any tap marks that might occur. For roller coating and brush coating, proceed following the routine steps.
 4. Each time coat should be made after the previous coat is completely dried. The interval time is generally 2 hours.
 5. Topwork liquid is offered for enhanced wash fastness and penetration resistance. Customer may choose upon needs.

1. The surface of base layer is required in even, smooth, clear and solid state as paint will not adhere to even the slightest dirt residue. Shedding, pores, seams, oily stains, float dust and chalky residue shall be eliminated.
2. For steps, shallow areas and wading pools, we recommend sprinkling white sand or marble dust (mixed in proportion of 1:3) on the paint before it dries to make the area even and slip-resistant.
3. The new coating shall leave untouched for a certain period before second coat is applied. Generally, 28 days for cement mortar surface and above 14 days in summer.
4. The water ratio of base layer shall not exceed 10%.

5. For base layer with large water absorption, top seal treatment is required.
6. The base layer of outer wall must be top coated with alkaliproof solution. However, base layer of inner wall will be coated depended on its specific condition.
7.Acid etching is required on bare masonry surfaces like concrete or plaster. Liberally brush the oxalic acid solution on the surface to remove the alkali corrosion. Rinse off the acid with clear water and top coat with alkaliproof liquid. If the PH value of inner wall is higher than 10, alkaliproof coat is necessary.

1. Before application, make sure the site is cleaned up to prevent dust emission.

2. The working temperature is best between 5 and 40 (Andess top coat) or 5 to 35 (other coats). Excessive moisture or dryness shall be avoided. If application requires high skill or in high complexity, we suggest you to have a pre-try before actual coating.

3. Coating of outer wall shall not be made under bad weather conditions such as violently sunshine exposure, raining and strong wind.

4. Special care shall be give to the protection of newly-coated surface. Don't clean up the site or start any other works before the layer get dried completely as it may cause contamination by dust or filthy water. Other damages as may caused by rain, vapor, accident touch or scratch shall also be avoided.

1. ANDESS powder coatings are stored and handled as non-harzard goods.
2. The 2k powder coatings shall be kept in dry conditions and prevent from penetration of rain and moisture to avoid block formation, which may degrade the performance of coatings, and avoid careless mixing of impurities. Besides, materials shall be assorted and kept according to classified standards and grades.

3. Liquid-contained coatings such as paint and paste coatings shall be kept in ventilated dry place without direct sunshine exposure. Rain and volient sunshine shall be avoided during the transportation. The environement temperature is best between 5 and 40 (Andess top coat) or 5 to 35 (other coats). Pay attention not to place the box upside down or in tilt degree. Allowed piling capacity shall refer to the instructions marked on the package.

4. The coatings are best used before the quality assurance period, which refers to the time period from the date of manufacture to the date stated on the package, under the preconditions that the coatings are properly stored and transported. However, provided such a period expires or the coatings fail to be kept or transported in appropriate manner, if tested in compliance with quality standard, the coatings can still be used.

 2. The paints requires two coats if best resu lts are to be expected.

 3. The diameter of nozzle is available in 3 different standards, pressure adjustable from 0.4mpa to 0.8mpa.
 4. When surface is 20% dried, use roller to press the coat with equal pressing force to ensure a consistant thickness of layer.
 5. Each time coat should be made after the previous coat is completely dried. The interval time is generally 2 hours.

Andess paint (colored prime, top coat, finish coat)

 1. Application techniques and steps are similar with that of stone paint.
